What is Belief Coding™?
Belief Coding™ is a pioneering healing modality developed by Jessica Cunningham.

Belief Coding™ works by gently communicating with the subconscious mind — the part of you that stores beliefs formed through life experiences, emotions, and learned patterns. These beliefs often shape how you think, feel, and respond, even when you consciously want something different.

How Does Belief Coding™ Work?
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, Belief Coding™ helps you explore where a belief came from, why it formed, and how it continues to influence your life today.
During a session, we may:
- Identify self-limiting or outdated beliefs
- Explore the emotional or experiential roots of those beliefs
- Release beliefs that no longer serve you
- Create space for new, more supportive and empowering beliefs
You remain fully present and in control throughout the process.
Your subconscious will only reveal what feels safe and appropriate to address in that moment.

What to Expect in a Belief Coding™ Session
- Sessions last approximately 1.5–2.5 hours
- Sessions are held online via Zoom
- You are gently guided — you do the inner work, I hold the space
- The process is client-led, respectful, and non-invasive
- Aftercare guidance is provided to support integration
