At Rainbow Light Sanctuary, our breathwork journeys are more than individual sessions — they are intentional, multi-week experiences designed to support real, embodied change.

Each journey uses conscious connected breath, music, somatic awareness, and gentle integration to help you move out of survival patterns and into choice, clarity, and connection — at a pace that honours your nervous system.

You can follow our journeys as a progressive pathway across the year, or step into any journey as a powerful standalone experience. Both approaches are fully supported.


A breathwork journey is a structured series of sessions, each building gently on the last.

They are taught in a group over zoom.

Rather than working on one theme in isolation, a journey allows space for:

  • gradual nervous system regulation
  • emotional processing in layers
  • integration between sessions
  • insight that becomes lived experience

Every Rainbow Light Sanctuary breathwork journey follows a consistent, trauma-aware structure — so you know what to expect — while each programme carries its own distinct emotional and energetic focus.


Why choose a journey (rather than a single session)?

While single breathwork sessions can be deeply supportive, a journey allows for deeper, more sustainable transformation.

Each journey below is intentionally designed.
There is a natural progression if you follow the full pathway — and every journey stands powerfully on its own.

If you miss a week, don’t worry, each week the class will be recorded as an audio file and you will have access to it for the duration of the course.


RENEW

Release the past. Reconnect with yourself. Begin again.

RENEW is often the starting point — a gentle yet powerful invitation to let go of what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with your inner landscape.

Serenity is a gentle, nervous-system-led breathwork journey designed for times when life feels full, fast, or overwhelming. This journey prioritises regulation, safety, and rest — allowing your body and mind to settle without pressure to process or change anything.

Serenity supports you to:

  • down-regulate stress and anxiety
  • reconnect with a sense of inner calm
  • feel safe and supported in your body
  • restore balance without emotional intensity

Serenity is especially supportive during summer months, periods of transition, or alongside busy family and work life. It can be taken on its own or as a regulating pause within the wider breathwork pathway.


TIDES

Move with change. Build resilience. Trust your rhythm.

Tides is a breathwork journey that supports emotional and energetic flexibility — helping you meet life’s natural ups and downs with greater ease. Rather than resisting change, this journey teaches you how to move with it.

Tides supports you to:

  • build emotional resilience
  • adapt to change without overwhelm
  • trust your body’s natural rhythms
  • respond to life rather than react

Tides is ideal during seasons of transition, uncertainty, or growth. It sits beautifully as a summer journey, helping you stay connected and resourced while life continues to ebb and flow.

ROOT

Stability. Safety. Belonging within yourself.

ROOT focuses on grounding and regulation — especially supportive during times of uncertainty, stress, or transition.

Focus themes include:

  • safety and stability
  • grounding and containment
  • rebuilding inner foundations
  • feeling supported in your body

Rest. Replenish. Integrate gently.

RESTORE is slower and deeply nourishing — ideal for times when rest, regulation, and restoration are needed.

Stand Alone program – not part of the 12 month plan

Queen-o-Pause is designed specifically for midlife transition and menopause — supporting identity shifts with compassion and strength.

Rainbow Light Sanctuary offers a mapped 12-month journey, guiding you through the seasons of change:

RENEW → IGNITE → BLOOM → EMBODY → (Optional Summer Offerings Tides & Serenity) → ROOT → RESTORE

This pathway supports:

  • seasonal alignment
  • gradual nervous system capacity building
  • deeper integration over time

You’re welcome to join at any point — and many clients choose to return again as life evolves.


While each journey naturally builds on the last, you do not need to complete them all to benefit.

  • Each programme is complete and supportive on its own
  • There is no pressure to “keep up”
  • You are always invited to listen to your body and timing
