Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) is a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality that works directly with the body’s cellular memory and energy field to help release deeply held emotional and energetic patterns — often described as getting the “issues out of the tissues.”

IET® supports healing across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, helping you feel more balanced, supported, and aligned as you move forward in your life.

What Is Integrated Energy Therapy®?

Integrated Energy Therapy® was developed by Stevan J. Thayer at the Center of Being and works with a specific angelic energy ray to support deep and lasting healing.

IET® helps you to:

  • Gently release limiting energy patterns from the past
  • Feel more empowered and balanced in the present
  • Align with your soul’s potential as you move into the future

Sessions work directly with the body’s cellular memory and energy field, allowing healing to occur in a safe, respectful, and non-invasive way.

What Can IET® Help With?

Integrated Energy Therapy® may support you if you are experiencing:

  • Suppressed or unresolved emotions
  • Repeating emotional or energetic patterns
  • A sense of being stuck or disconnected
  • Challenges with confidence, creativity, or purpose
  • The desire for deeper spiritual connection

IET® supports self-healing at all levels — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual — and can be received by adults, children, and pets.

What Happens in an IET® Session?

IET® sessions can be delivered in person or via distance healing.

Before your session, you are welcome to share anything you would like the facilitator to focus on — such as a specific area of the body, an emotional theme, or a current concern.

During the session:

  • The facilitator connects with the 9 angels of IET®, each associated with a specific area of the body
  • Beginning at the crown of the head, each area is gently:
    • Energised
    • Cleared of physical, emotional, mental, or karmic energy imprints
    • Filled with positive healing energy

The session may also include gentle muscle relaxation techniques and a Soul Star clearing.

The facilitator acts as a clear channel, holding space for the angelic energy to flow to you.

Distance healing is equally effective, allowing you to receive the session from the comfort of your own home. For distance sessions, you will be contacted after the session to receive feedback and insights from the healing.

What You May Feel After a Session

The effects of an IET® session may continue to integrate for several days.

You may feel:

  • Relaxed, light, or refreshed
  • Energised or deeply calm
  • Emotional release or clarity
  • Tired or in transition

Thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations may continue to surface as your body adjusts to new energetic patterns. This is a normal part of the integration process.

You are encouraged to rest, drink extra water, and be gentle with yourself for 24–48 hours following your session.

Levels of Integrated Energy Therapy®

There are several levels of IET®, each expanding the depth of healing available within a session:

  • Basic Level IET®
    Clears physical and emotional energy blockages from cellular memory and replaces them with positive empowerment imprints.
  • Intermediate Level IET®
    Clears physical, emotional, mental, and karmic energy imprints from the human energy field.
  • Advanced Level IET®
    Supports discovery of your soul’s mission and helps bring your life vision into form.
  • Master-Instructor Level IET®
    Focuses on optimising the 12-Strand Spiritual DNA and enhancing spiritual alignment and synchronicity.

A Complementary Holistic Therapy

Integrated Energy Therapy® is a complementary therapy and can be used alongside other holistic approaches such as Breathwork, Reiki, Rahanni, or Belief Coding™.

IET® is not a replacement for medical care. No medical claims are made, and clients are encouraged to take personal responsibility for their wellbeing and seek professional support where appropriate.
