SESSIONS GUIDANCE

Everyone is unique. Some people notice benefits after a single session, while others choose a short series to support deeper or ongoing themes. A common starting point is three sessions, though there is no minimum requirement and no pressure to continue beyond what feels right for you.

AFTER EFFECTS

People often describe feeling lighter, calmer, more relaxed, or gently refreshed after a Rahanni session. Some may feel tired or experience emotional softening as the body integrates the healing energy. There is no “right” response — you are encouraged to listen to your body, rest if needed, and respond to yourself with kindness and compassion.
